The "buck stops here!" Darin is responsible for the overall performance of Linc Lighting & Electrical. It is his goal that every building owner and property management company wants to work with Linc because Linc consistently delivers great service at a very competitive price. Darin believes this is achieved through totally focused, results-oriented, fully accountable team members that care about each other and how we deliver.

Darin leads the Linc team by example through his four cornerstones of success. They are providing leadership, quality work, building great relationships, and delivering results everyday. Darin is committed to continuously improving our systems and procedures to improve our delivery and communications with each other. He gets tremendous satisfaction when customers write or call and compliment the team on how well we deliver our services and how pleasant our team members are to work with. He also gets great satisfaction when our team members "grow" and achieve personally and professionally within the company.

Darin has led multiple large engineering and construction companies as the CEO, CFO or COO including Kleinfelder, Inc., a 1,600 person engineering firm. Darin is married to his beautiful wife Lori and they have two young children Luke and Aubrie that they love spending time with. You can often find him pushing his kids in a baby jogger, as he is a serious runner. Darin played golf and earned his MBA at the University of California, Riverside . He loves being outdoors playing team sports. In 2001, he was recognized as the "Outstanding Young Alumnus" by the University of California, Riverside.
