Ian McClement, General Manager, Inland Empire

Ian has been with Linc since 1994. Ian is the perfect example of the growth that can be achieved within Linc. He started with Linc as the purchasing supervisor/warehouseman, then started and built the newly formed construction division in Orange County (OC), and became General Manager of OC nine years later. He is now General Manager of the Inland Empire region.

Ian is responsible for our electrical service, construction, and lighting maintenance teams. Throughout the Inland Empire and parts of Los Angeles. He does a fantastic job as the leader of his team. His work ethic is unbelievable. His team has consistently low turnover and he has managed to grow the office and make organizational adjustments necessary to consistently deliver excellent results for our customers. He comes across as a tough guy, but he is really a big teddy bear.

Ian is married to Robin Marie and they have two sons, Chris and Alex. When you can't find Ian at the office, he is helping out at the church with his wife, tooling around his garden, or on their boat.
