Hibiscus Investments is pleased with its decision to contract with Linc Lighting to provide services to our Mitchell International Building located in Scripps Ranch, San Diego. We are pleased, but more importantly, our building tenant is extremely pleased with your performance and responsiveness since you've taken this account over.

With our prior contractor we were having just one excuse after another for an extended period of time with no results or solutions.

Once the change to Linc Lighting was made, your crew stepped in and remedied all of our outstanding concerns in short order. To name a few of these items corrected include: locating and repairing severed power lines, addressing our lack of lighting and safety issues, determined the reason for and repaired the tall lightings standards that had been out due to insect infestation.
