Sundown Lighting Joins the Linc Group

LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA  April 30, 2007  Sundown Lighting & Electrical announced today it has been acquired by The Linc® Group, LLC (TLG), the only pure service company in the country to offer a single source for integrated facility maintenance and operations needs. With the acquisition, Sundown becomes the foundation company of TLGs new lighting and electrical vertical business unit and joins TLGs other established business units Linc Facility Services, Linc Network, and Linc Mechanical/Linc Service.

Sundown's founder, Joe Thrailkill will lend his expertise to TLG by continuing in his role as Sundown's COO. Darin Anderson will remain president of Sundown, and will also serve as president of the new Linc Lighting and Electrical Services division. Sundown retains its name but will be branded as "A Linc Group Company."
