Sundown Announces the Purchase of Key Electric, Inc.

LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA - October 1, 2006 - Sundown Lighting & Electrical announced today the purchase of Key Electric, Inc., an electrical service company with operations throughout southern California. Key Electric, Inc. is now a wholly owned division of Sundown.

Darin Anderson, President of Sundown, stated, "We were looking to expand our geographic presence in southern California, particularly Los Angeles, with a solid team of service electricians. We found that with the Key team. They have an outstanding reputation, customer base and service offering. Key Electric customers will be offered an expanded list of services that Sundown currently provides at a competitive price, as well as our industry leading custom lighting maintenance programs. Key also has well developed systems and procedures that we will be able to utilize to 'franchise' the Key Electric model to other territories that we are operating in and beyond."

Cameron Funk, General Manager, and Gail Hernandez, Office Manager, both of which have been with the organization for more than 14 years, lead the Key Electric team. "They are great people and great leaders." Anderson commented, "We are very lucky to have them on our team." The entire Key team is staying with Sundown and is excited about the marriage.

The corporation will continue to operate as "Key Electric" and use the same name just as they have for the past 25+ years. The Key Electric name and reputation is widely recognized for outstanding work and timely service.
