Sundown Employee Hits $1.4 Million Jackpot!

LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA- May 24, 2005. Last weekend Sundown Lighting & Electrical hosted their 7th Annual River Trip to Harrah's Casino Hotel in Laughlin, Nevada.

Every year Sundown invites each employee and their significant other for an all expense paid weekend for fun in the sun and a chance to hang out with their Sundown team in a social atmosphere. On Saturday night, Pollyanna Rondeau, Sundown's Fleet Manager, returned to the Progressive Wheel of Fortune Slot Machine, where she had won $1,000.00 that morning. She was betting $2.00 pulls and had put in about $100.00, when the slot machine began to ring and flash over $1.4 million in winnings! Pollyanna dropped to the floor crying with excitement, she was quickly joined by her Sundown co-workers to witness her million dollar jackpot! Immediately, Joe Thrailkill, Sundown Founder & COO, ordered champagne for all to toast to Pollyanna's jackpot and they continued their celebration with a company party into the morning. According to Debby Thrailkill, Sundown VP of Human Resources, "It couldn't have happened to a more deserving person; Pollyanna has always played leading roles in Sundown's community outreach programs and is so dedicated to helping others." Pollyanna still plans to continue her career at Sundown, only with a bigger grin on her face and more money in her pocket!
