Sundown Acquires Pacific Coast Lighting Technologies

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CALIFORNIA-November 1, 2004 - Sundown Lighting & Electrical announced today that they have purchased Pacific Coast Lighting Technologies, Inc. (PCLT) based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.

PCLT pioneered the light standard or pole inspection/testing business over four years ago in southern California. PCLT has experienced rapid growth in the demand for these services by property managers, building owners, and governmental agencies including cities, states, and parks. PCLT provides an inexpensive solution to detect the severity of rust or corrosion in poles and a proactive solution to mitigate risk of damage to property or loss of life from fallen poles.
