Sundown and Twin Lighting Merge

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CALIFORNIA-July 1, 2004 - Sundown Lighting & Electrical announced today that they have purchased Twin Lighting, Inc. based in Pomona, California.

Twin Lighting has been providing lighting and electrical services to commercial customers throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange counties for over 27 years under Bob and Valerie Taylors leadership.

Darin Anderson, CEO of Sundown, stated we are very excited to have Bob, Val, and the Twin Lighting team members as a part of the Sundown family! They are outstanding people and provide excellent services for their customers. Like Sundown, they truly care about their customers and have built long, successful relationships just as Sundown has for over 25 years.
