Sundown Lighting & Electrical Helps the City of Irvine Make Their Parks Safer

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CALIFORNIA- May 18, 2004- In September 2003, a high school cross country runner was struck and injured by a light pole that had broken off from its cement base in Alton Park, Irvine.

Sundown Lighting & Electrical contacted The City of Irvine officials to help by providing both a more cost-effective approach and a more durable method for pole replacement.

The new method won the approval of the City, which saved money and helped make its parks safer with Sundowns process of pole replacement.
